Please read our policies carefully regarding credit usage, AI API pricing, and our strict refund policy.
1. Credit System & Validity
VFlow Pro operates on a credit-based system. Each action (Video Generation, Voiceover, Storyboarding) consumes a specific number of credits.
- Duration: Purchased credits are typically valid for 30 days (1 Month) from the date of purchase.
- Rollover Policy: If you purchase a new credit pack before your current credits expire, your previous balance will NOT be deleted. They will roll over and be added to your new balance.
2. AI Models & Volatile Pricing
We provide access to various cutting-edge AI models. Pricing for these models is divided into two categories:
Internal Server Models
Models running on our own private infrastructure (e.g., standard Veo 3.1). These have stable and lower credit costs.
Official API Models
Premium models like Official Veo 3.1 API, Seedance, Kling, Sora 2, and Happy Horse. These are significantly more expensive to run.
Note: Pricing for API-based models can change at any time without prior notice based on upstream costs. VFlow Pro reserves the right to adjust credit consumption rates for any tool to ensure service sustainability.
3. Strict Refund Policy
Our refund policy is strictly designed for serious professional users. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:
- 01.Refunds are ONLY applicable if a tool is technically broken or completely non-functional from our end for an extended period.
- 02.Refunds will NOT be provided if you are unhappy with the AI's creative output or if you failed to provide a proper prompt.
- 03.Pro-Rated Calculation: In the event of a valid refund, the amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your plan. We will deduct the cost of the days the service was available to you and any credits already consumed.
4. Right to Modify
VFlow Pro is an evolving platform. We reserve the right to modify our service features, credit costs, and subscription plans at any time to adapt to new technologies and market conditions. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
